SMS Terms
These SMS Terms describe how Operian Systems, a DBA of Originals Tees and More Inc., communicates with customers by text message. This program supports audit request follow-up, scheduling and appointment confirmation, onboarding communication, and service and support messages.
Consent is optional
SMS messaging is optional and opt-in only. You may choose to receive SMS messages from Operian Systems about your audit request or customer relationship by giving express consent, for example by checking the optional SMS consent box on our form. SMS consent is never required to purchase or receive our services, to request an audit, or to submit any form.
Opting in requires an affirmative action that clearly indicates your consent, such as checking the optional SMS consent box on our website form or verbally requesting text follow-up. Simply submitting a form does not enroll you in SMS messages, and consent is not a condition of submitting the form.
Message types
Message types may include:
- Audit request follow-up.
- Scheduling and appointment confirmation.
- Onboarding communication.
- Service and support messages.
Frequency, rates, and how to stop
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services, requesting an audit, or submitting any form.
Sharing
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
