Operian Systems, a DBA of Originals Tees and More Inc., provides an AI phone receptionist and related front-office automation to home-services and construction businesses. Operian Systems uses customer information to respond to audit requests, scheduling and appointment confirmation, onboarding communication, and service and support messages.
Information we collect
We collect only the information a customer gives us or that is created in the course of providing our services:
- Name and business name.
- Phone number and email address.
- Information voluntarily provided in an audit request or support message.
- Records of calls, messages, and appointments handled by the services we operate for the customer.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to audit requests, to schedule and confirm appointments, to deliver onboarding communication, and to provide service and support messages. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
Text messaging
Text message communication is optional and opt-in only. Customers may choose to receive calls or texts from Operian Systems about audit request follow-up, scheduling and appointment confirmation, onboarding communication, and service and support messages by giving express consent, for example by checking the optional SMS consent box on our form. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services, requesting an audit, or submitting any form.
Opting in requires an affirmative action that clearly indicates your consent, such as checking the optional SMS consent box on our website form. Simply submitting a form does not enroll you in SMS messages, and consent is not a condition of submitting the form.

Sharing
Operian Systems does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
